- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience; less than 2 years accepted (see position job description for more requirements) 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ASCP required; all allied positions require state or national certification and/or license 4. License: Must have IL RN license in hand; Must have IL LPN/LVN license in hand; Must have IL CNA license in hand; Nursys required (pulled within last 2 weeks); no license hits allowed 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system experience required; Epic computer skills required 7. Shifts/Call: 8 hour shift (preferably 10a-630p); weekend coverage: False; OR positions require Level 1 Trauma experience 8. RTO: No more than 3 days; no RTO first or last week of contract 9.
