Cases: Blood bank experience required; ABO/Rh/Antibody Screen & ID, AHG Crossmatch, Antibody Typing (Tube Method), Antigen Typing, Blood irradiation, Blood specimen storage, Cord Blood Evaluation, Crossmatch-Immediate Spin/IgG, Direct Coombs (DAT), Electronic Crossmatch, Fetal hemoglobin, Indirect Coombs Test, Transfusion Reaction Workup, Rhogam Screening, Gel Technology, and related blood banking procedures 3. Certifications: CLS (Clinical Lab Scientist) license required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; HARD STOP — LIS Softbank and Vision Analyzer experience required; do not submit unless clinician holds this experience 7.
