Large hospital (300+ beds) experience is a hard stop requirement. 2. Cases: Blood Bank required (hard stop); high volume Type/Screen and Crossmatch (30-50 samples per day); Trauma Level I experience required; Teaching Hospital preferred. Clinician will work fully independent at night. 3. Certifications: ASCP-BB required; Clinical Immunohematology Scientist preferred. Must be AHA or equivalent — not specified in notes. 4.
