- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required, hard stop. Must be recent/current Blood Bank experience within the last 2 years. 2. Cases: Blood Bank experience required, hard stop. High volume type/screen and crossmatch; 30-50 samples per day. Trauma Level I experience required; teaching hospital preferred. Large hospital (300+ beds) experience required, hard stop. 3. Certifications: ASCP-BB required; Clinical Immunohematology Scientist preferred. Must be AHA or equivalent — verify at submission. 4. License: Not specified. 5. Education: Not specified. 6. EMR: Epic experience required, hard stop. Wellsky and Immucor Instrumentation experience preferred; must have experience with Blood Bank software specifically — any software acceptable, hard stop. 7. Shifts/Call: Start time 2130, may flex to 2000 as needed. Shift is 4x10HR variable days. No on-call required. Clinician will work fully independent at night.
