Requirements
- Required certification: MLT - CLS
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:Department: Laboratory | MT/MLT **Required Certifications: Certified as a MT or MLT. ASCP and AMT acceptable** HOUSING: Confirm the candidate has looked into housing in the area with the submittal. Leads available. - Certs: Certified as a MT or MLT. ASCP and AMT acceptable. - What areas do they cover: Hematology, Serology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Micro Gram stains and setup, possible blood band. - Do they need to be a Generalist: Yes - Do they need to perform Phlebotomy: Yes - Experience: Strongly prefer knowledge with: Vitros 7600/3400, Sysmex 550/350, Stago Compact Max, Gel Blood Bank, and Clinitek. 2+years of experience. NO first time travelers. - LIS System: EPIC Soft Bank. - Lab Manager/Supervisor: Halley Pittsley. - Shifts & Scheduling: 1p-2330 Tuesday-Friday; option to change or pick up extra shifts if needed. - Weekend Requirements: No - Holiday Requirements: No - Call or Standby Call Requirement: No call. - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs- no specific color. - Department Specific Orientation: Will train in each section before allowed to work alone. Orientation based on experience.
