- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted only with at least 2 years of experience 2. Cases: Acute Care/Inpatient experience required; skills include Hospital clinical laboratory, Arterial Blood Gas, Cardiac Enzymes, Hormone/Thyroid, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, CBC Manual, Manual Differential, Body fluids, Specimen Collection, Microscopic UA, Quality assurance and controls, and more 3. Certifications: ASCP, AMT, or AAB in either MLT or MLS required; BLS is NOT required; all certifications must be in one of the listed credentialing bodies 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Siemens Atellica experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Nights, 2200-0630; no on-call requirement; weekends required at least every other weekend, could be more; block schedule not accommodated; guaranteed 72 hours per 2 weeks with possible 1 call-off of 8 hours per 2-week period 8.
