- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in Cath Lab required; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: STEMI and Stroke receiving center; cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, interventional radiology; TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, Mitraclip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, diagnostic and interventional neuro, IR. HARDSTOP: stroke/IR experience required; EP/structural heart experience not required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R), RCIS (accepted in lieu of Advanced ARRT), Fluoro Permit required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: CA RN license must be in hand; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: M-F call 1730-0700; Weekends/Holidays 0700-0700; 10-14 call shifts within 42-day schedule; 3 weekends every 6-week schedule; facility may call off once per two-week pay period; float required between specialties in the lab and between all facilities within the state 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission; 7-day max (Aya and Client); anything over 7 days requires client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose any previous work at a Providence facility (location and dates) at time of submission 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower bill rate; bill rate is firm; can only submit to one Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Must disclose any license or background hits upfront at time of submission; no open license hits will be approved 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported; recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
