- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: 90% IR (Interventional Radiology); combo lab including IR, Cardiology, Vascular, and EP procedures; diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures; scrub and circulate IR/Cath Lab; STEMI and urgent/emergent cardiology cases; Vice Implants: PPM, ICD; preferred EP Device Implants 3. Certifications: Required: ACLS, BCLS/BLS, and ARRT or RCIS; Preferred: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS with Med Experience, CCI RCES, CCI RCIS 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC preferred (listed under preferred special equipment) 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days, 07:30-16:00; call requirement minimum 7 call days per month; two call days per week for two weeks each month; one call weekend per month; additional coverage may be required; callback time 30 minutes for STEMIs; IR callback time determined by procedure type; call team of three staff, minimum one RN; every third weekend required; no float requirement; techs start directly on unit on Mondays until Dimensions Training is completed 8. RTO: No holiday RTO for this role; RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO on unit may result in Cancel and DNR 9. Must have IR experience — 90% of cases are IR. Medication administration is performed by RN only.
