- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; strong cath lab experience required; must be able to work in IR (HARDSTOP) 2. Cases: Elective caths (diagnostic and interventional), RHC, STEMI, IABP, pacemakers; caseload 8-12; skills include Angioplasty, Cardiac Stent Placement, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Pacemaker Insertion, Scrub/sterile field, Temporary Pacemaker; Neuro intervention experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT required; RCIS acceptable if candidate holds both cath lab and IR experience (screen to hiring leader); must also hold MD License; COVID-19 vaccine required, no exemptions 4. License: MD (Maryland) License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner, McKesson 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour days; on-call required — 15 shifts per month; STEMI Call team must respond within 30 minutes of activation; 2-hour callback guaranteed; weekend call required — 1 full weekend per month; block schedule not accommodated 8.
