- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for submission 2. Cases: 8-10 procedures per day; 6-8 STEMI cases per month; diagnostic and interventional cardiology cases; EP lab (ablations); device implants including pacemakers and ICDs (single, dual, Bi-V); peripheral diagnostics and interventions; both radial and groin access used 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required; ARRT required; copies must be included in submission packet 4. License: KY license required; candidates willing to apply for KY licensure upon offer will be considered; must apply for license the day they accept 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech listed as charting system 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday with 1 rotating weekday off each week; call requirement 8-15 days per month; 1 weekend every 3 weeks (Friday 1730-0700, Saturday-Sunday 0700-0700); must respond within 30 minutes for STEMI alerts; call team consists of 2 RNs and 1 Rad Tech; float required within scope across 2 Cath Labs and EP Lab rotation 8.
