Requirements
- Required certification: Cath Lab Tech
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Cath Lab and Angio experience required; scrub experience required; complex cardiac interventions including OCT, IVUS, Rotoblator, Shockwave, drug coated balloons, CTO equipment and techniques, Impella CP/RP/5.5, IABP, Manifold, balloon/stent prep and deployment, pericardiocentesis; 1st assistant to operator 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R required; must be on hand at submission 4. License: OBMI (Oregon state license) required 5. Education: Travelers required to complete any assigned education within one week of assignment 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days, Mon-Fri, 0700-1730; call approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local travelers accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified; education assigned must be completed within one week of assignment 13.
