- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Electrophysiology (EP) experience required; Neuro procedural experience - Diagnostic Carotid/Cerebral angios, Stroke Thrombectomy, Cerebral Coil Embolization 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS or ARRT OBMI licensure required 4. License: Oregon license required, can submit with it pending; Manager will screen candidates with active Radiology Technologist license from another state who will apply for Oregon License from Oregon Board of Medical Imaging 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: PSV CVL has 30-minute response time for callback; No weekends required; No on-call required 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; anything more requires approval and may delay offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed during orientation and annually; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
