- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months required in specialty, 2 years preferred 2. Cases: Must have Cardiac Cath experience and two of four modalities: Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro (must be reflected in work history) 3. Certifications: AHA ACLS and BLS required; Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred; RCIS also preferred; no pending certifications accepted 4. License: No license hits accepted; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting system 7. Shifts/Call: Call required on case-by-case basis, no set schedule; weekend coverage can be discussed with manager 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; any RTO added later will likely not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; will float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles 11. Background: Facility does not accept any license hits 12. Modules: 6-15 hours average, completed pre-start and annually via SilkRoad; non-billable 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Ceil Blue provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Equipment setup required as part of role Critical: Smoke-free facility - all travelers must be nicotine free with negative 10 panel + nicotine drug screen. EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum. Two references from direct supervisor/manager required. Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized once confirmed.
