- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, PCI, PTCA, TAVR, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, ASD Closures, EVAR, TEVAR, Permanent Pacemaker Insertion, Rotablator atherectomy, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Ventricular Assist Device Insertion, Watchman, Left/Right heart catheterization, Pulmonary arteriography, Cardioversion, and additional vascular/special procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, ARRT-R, and BLS required; all must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: State license required; currently taking 4-6 weeks — candidates should apply ASAP. Pending license accepted, but traveler will be booked six weeks out if not in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; 2-3 week night calls per month; 1 weekend call per month 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
