- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: All diagnostic procedures, PCI (stents, balloon angioplasty, laser, rota, impella, IABP, CTO), Structural Heart (TAVR, Balloon Valvuloplasty, Watchman), Electrophysiology (EPS, Afib/Flutter ablations, BIV and pacemaker implants); Rhythm Interpretation preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R or CCI RCIS required; ARRT or RCIS — not both; must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: WA RT or CIS License required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days (0630-1700); 1 call day per week and 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submittal 9.
