Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Cath Lab, Structural Heart and EP required; 1 year minimum stated in qualifications 2. Cases: 3 cases per room; structural heart experience required (HARD STOP) 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, Fluoro Permit, CA CRT required; ACLS also listed; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Allscripts preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s Days 0700-1730; 6-8 days per month (4-5 weekdays & 1 weekend) 8. RTO: Should be submitted prior to start of contract 9. Returning Staff: Case by case basis, reviewed by facility 10. Travel/Local: Accepts first time travelers; locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required pre-start; 8 hours clinical, 2 hours non-clinical; billable; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Accepts first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. P/F Testing includes advance EKG exam (80% pass required, 2 attempts); onsite exam has 20 questions (17 rhythm strips, 3 general) with 45-minute time limit and only 1 attempt.
