- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years preferred 2. Cases: CV/PV diagnostic and interventional; scrub role required, monitor role preferred 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; RT or CVIS cert, or RCIS eligible for CVIS license in WA required 4. License: Washington State license; CVIS license eligibility required 5. Education: Associates degree minimum 6. EMR: Paragon (hospital); McKesson-Change Healthcare (hemo) 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10hr Days plus Standby; 7 call shifts per 2-week pay period; variable on-call weekends; 40 hours weekly guaranteed 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
