Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of hospital experience in Medical Imaging required 2. Cases: Cardiac cath cases (high-risk PCIs transferred out), Electrophysiology cases including implants and ablations; skills include ASD Closures, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Cardioversion, Carotid Stenting, Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, IABP Placement/Removal, Pacemaker Insertion, PCI, PTCA, Right and Left Heart Catheterization, Rotablator Atherectomy, Tilt Table Study, Vascular Closure Systems, and more 3. Certifications: Required — ARRT (R), BLS, ACLS, CCI RCES, CCI RCIS; Preferred — Interventional Cardiovascular Registered (CVT) or RCIS Certification; either specialty cert accepted 4. License: Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety Certified (IDNS) required 5. Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree for Radiographer required 6. EMR: Epic Cupid 7. Shifts/Call: On-call available; weekday call 1-2 days per week; weekend call every 3-4 weekends; weekend requirement confirmed; scheduling is self-scheduling; 8-hour orientation 8.
