- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab, EP lab, PCI without open heart backup, basic EP device implants, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, AICD insertion/programming, pacemaker insertion, right and left heart catheterization, PTCA, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, upper and lower extremity angiography, vascular closure systems 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CCI RCIS required; must be AHA (per standard AHA requirement implied by listing) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Call rotation on weekends and overnight call as needed; call required 12 days per month / 1-2 weekends per month; holidays as needed; no floating 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; only one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local rate is $5 less than posted bill rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
