- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for submission 2. Cases: Coronary diagnostic/intervention scrub and monitor; approximately 20 cases per day across 4-5 labs with 2 CVTs per lab; includes diagnostic and interventional coronary cath, vascular, angioplasty, shockwave, temp pacer, IABP, Impella, carotid angiogram, atherectomy, IVUS, FFR/IFR, pericardiocentesis, and cardiac biopsies 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT or RCIS (registered or in process), SCRQSA required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard requirement) 4. License: SC license (SCRQSA) required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; charting system experience listed as preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10-hour day shifts (0700-1730), varies until procedures complete; on-call required — one weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) per month plus one call shift and one evening shift every week; call requirements may change based on staffing needs; holidays as needed; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8.
