Cases Required: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip), Interventional Radiology (Lines, Drains, Embolizations, Lower/Upper Extremities, Fistulas, Visceral Angio/Intervention, Stroke Thrombectomy), Neurointervention, CRM Device Implants. Required experience: EP, IR, Vascular, Monitoring, Neuro. Preferred: CTO, Peripherals, Venous Access, Rhythm Interpretation, Philips X-Ray System, Variety of Atherectomy/Thrombectomy Devices, Temporary LVAD Support 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) or RCIS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per standard); RCIS or ARRT required specifically for Cath Lab 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic for charting; McKesson for Cath Lab; MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; on-call 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend; some Saturdays required as part of regular 4 scheduled shifts (not extra); may float to IR and EP; guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks with possible 1 call-off per 10-hour shift per 2-week period 8.
