- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; unit accepts first-time travelers 2. Cases: HARD STOP — Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, and Thoracic experience required; Heart Transplant highly preferred; extensive surgical case list including CABG, CVOR, EVAR, TEVAR, TAVR, Craniotomy, Spinal Fusion, and many others 3. Certifications: BLS required; CSFA, NBSTSA, or NCCSA required (HARD STOP); must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Days schedule; call 1 day per week and 1 weekend every ~4 weeks (subject to change); weekends only required during call; floating within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed 8.
