- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years overall in specialty required; may consider 18 months if working under highest professional license level with 1 year recent specialty experience 2. Cases: MS/TELE Float Pool - must float to all acute areas and Northport location 3. Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross required 4. License: Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license required; NURSYS required; no temporary licenses accepted 5. Education: Associate degree in nursing required 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend; holidays as required; 36 or 48 hours per week; early starts available if compliant 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
