Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years experience required; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty 2. Cases: Cardiac Telemetry concentrating on cardiac patients requiring treatment for chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, or other cardiac arrhythmias; also medical patients with pneumonia, GI issues, COPD, diabetes, and occasional stroke; surgical patients 3. Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross required 4. License: Registered Nurse State of Alabama or compact license (No Temp Licenses accepted); NURSYS required 5. Education: Associated degree in nursing required 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals; will accept 36 or 48 hours per week; holidays as required; every other weekend 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
