- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years experience overall in specialty required; will consider 18 months with 1 year recent experience in specialty 2. Cases: MS/TELE Float Pool - must float to all acute areas and Northport location 3. Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross required 4. License: Alabama RN or Compact license required (no temp licenses); Nursys required 5. Education: Associate degree in nursing required 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend; holidays as required; 36 or 48 hours per week available 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
