- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty 2. Cases: Total joints experience required; Rapid Response team experience required; 1:6 patient ratio experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH required; must be AHA or willing to obtain before start date 4. License: FL or compact RN license required in hand; Nursys required when submitting (pulled within last 2 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; floating required within scope; must be available to work mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week) 8. RTO: No more than 10 days and needs to add 2 weeks to assignment; no RTO first or last week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No locals - must be greater than 30 miles from facility (951 N Washington Ave, Titusville, FL 32796) 11. Background: Not specified 12.
