- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty 2. Cases: Mixed unit high acuity (Med Surg, Med Surg Tele, PCU); Total joints experience required; Rapid Response team experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH required through AHA or willing to get before start date; copies required at submission 4. License: FL or compact RN license required in hand; Nursys within last 2 weeks required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; Floating required within scope; Must work mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week) 8. RTO: No RTO during first or last week of assignment; No more than 10 days and needs to add 2 weeks to assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
