- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: Primary focus is pulmonary-COPD, PNA, trach patients, high flow modalities, end stage renal disease, CHF, stroke overflow, ETOH W/D, GIB. Vented patients with trach, DKA with insulin drip, ETOH withdrawal, GIB, Dialysis, Sepsis, Pulmonary Hypertension on Remodulin drip, High flow oxygen, alcohol withdrawal with phenobarbital administration 3. Certifications: NIHSS & BLS required; ACLS required; AHA or ARC only 4. License: No license hits accepted (hard stop) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/heavily preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 3x12 hr shifts at 18:45-7:15 with weekends (EOW) and holiday as needed; floating as needed, may float to rehab 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; local candidates offered at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 5-6 hours, completed pre-start, billable 13.
