- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months tele/acute care experience required; 2 years preferred. PCU experience required. Strong vasoactive drip experience required. 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start). No pending certifications accepted. 4. License: No license hits accepted. Pending license not accepted. 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours guaranteed for 3x12s, 40 hours for 8/10s. Will float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles. 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Any RTO added later will likely not be approved. 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from previous end date. 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept any license hits. Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen required within 12 months of start. 12. Modules: 6-15 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start and annually via SilkRoad. Time sensitive modules must be prioritized first. 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: White 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Smoke-free facility - all travelers must be nicotine free. EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts max. 2 references from direct supervisor required. 26-week contract non-negotiable.
