Qualifications:

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required (18 months preferred per compliance notes) 2. Cases: IMC/Stepdown/PCU patients, all diagnoses including telemetry, neuro stepdown, cardiac cases, post-surgical patients, trauma cases 3. Certifications: BLS and NIH required, ACLS preferred; must be AHA or Red Cross only (RQI cards not accepted) 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred and required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 days, work every other weekend, must work 2 out of 3 major holidays, no on-call required 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days non-holiday RTO or less; anything more requires facility approval 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent or PRN employee must be away 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius requirement (exception: OR RNs must be 50+ miles from facility) 11. Background: Must note background policy prior to submission to seek approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed pre-start; sent Friday before start, must be completed by 4pm CST on first day 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Must be able to manage tracheostomies with ventilators Critical: SSN and DOB required at submittal. Lab appointment, Docusigns and Badge Photo must be completed within 1 week of signing contract. 100% floating required within hospital or affiliate hospitals. Patient ratio 1:4.
