- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience within the last 3 years in PCU/IMC/MS/Tele required 2. Cases: Strong Tele or IMC experience required; MS/Tele/PCU experience; no first-time travelers 3. Certifications: BLS through AHA, ACLS, NIHSS required; all certifications must be provided at submission 4. License: Oregon RN license NOT required at submission (pending accepted); Nursys/CNA license copy required (PDF format, dated within last 30 days) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience is a hard stop requirement 7. Shifts/Call: 12 hour days 0700-1930; every other weekend required but not guaranteed 8. RTO: Must be finalized at time of submittal; anything over 10 days needs approval; additional requests after submittal may result in removal 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees may not submit for 6 months after termination 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; must float to West Valley Hospital (15 minutes away); refusing to float may result in contract cancellation 11. Background: License/background hits require detailed written statement; reviewed case-by-case; ineligible for 90-day temp license waiver 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 8 hours; completed pre-start and annually; recorded by facility report; separate from NBO 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Royal Blue 15.
