Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year before returning as traveler; facility does not allow travelers to return after working 365 days despite separation period (effective July 1, 2025) 10. Travel/Local: Locals within 100 miles not accepted; exceptions for 50-99.9 miles (one 13-week assignment, no extension) and under 50 miles (lower bill rate, no extension) 11.
