Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown required 2. Cases: Ischemic Stroke, Hemorrhagic Stroke, Status Epilepticus, Post-Craniotomy/Neurosurgery 3. Certifications: AHA ACLS and BLS required, 6 hours of stroke CEs; does not accept RQI; copies required 4. License: Valid State License preferred at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: 36s Nights, 1:3 ratios; on-call not required; variable weekend shifts 8. RTO: Maximum 5 RTO days for 13 weeks, 7 for 18 weeks; must be outlined upfront (no more than 2 weeks); additional days require contract extension 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; same rates apply; floating within Acute Care division and affiliate hospitals 11. Background: Will not accept any background or license hits; uses Advanced Reporting system for comprehensive lifetime review 12. Modules: Non-billable; RN average 4.5 hours, Non-RN average 2.25 hours; completed pre-start; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color, NO prints 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Stable Hamilton C1 Ventilators, Vasoactive medication management, External Ventricular Devices, Lumbar Drains Critical: Epic experience required. Skills required include titrating vasoactive drips and care of ventilated patients. Compliance deadline one week prior to start. 7 years work history verification required.
