- VA License
- 2 years recent experience required
- Experience with Critical thinking, communication skills, time management, electronic documentation, oxygen therapy, medication administration, wound care/dressing changes, vital signs, IV insertion, NG tube management, recognizing early signs of deterioration required
- BLS, ACLS
- NIH Stroke Certification preferred
- Experience with Advanced cardiac rhythm interpretation, ACLS, knowledge of cardiac drips preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- Education Bachelor of Science Nursing preferred
- 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
- Training EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training preferred
- Critical Care Course preferred
- Will float to MS/Tele units
- Travel candidates only (Must be 50 miles outside of facility)
- Dysrhythmia exam needed (Study guide available in Simplify Library)
- 29 beds, capability to go to 37 (8 semi-private rooms)
- Ratios are 1:3-5
- Support staff: PCTs and HUC
