License: Valid state license preferred; otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project when offer accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) required 7. Shifts/Call: 7p-7a; will work every third weekend; no on-call required 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; two pre-approved time off days 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius required; locals not accepted 11. Background: Cannot proceed if open case; all hits reviewed during compliance; fingerprinting required 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required, average 8 hours, $150 stipend provided; onsite Epic/Excellian classes billable 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; first-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
