- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required 2. Cases: Telemetry oncology, cardiac and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; vent and transplant experience required; Academic Level I or II trauma center experience required 3. Certifications: BLS & ACLS AHA only required 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night 12 hour shift, 7:00pm-7:30am, Monday through Friday, every other weekend and some holidays required; floating required as needed 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
