- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years required; telemetry oncology, cardiac and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; vent and transplant experience required; experience in Academic Level I or II trauma center required 2. Cases: Telemetry oncology, cardiac cases; vent and transplant cases; acutely ill surgical and trauma patients 3. Certifications: BLS & ACLS AHA only required 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Evening, 12 hour shift, 7:00am-7:30pm, Monday through Friday with every other weekend and some holidays required; floating required as needed 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9.
