- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required 2. Cases: Telemetry oncology, cardiac and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; vent and transplant experience needed; ICU or IMC and surgical post-op experience required; thoracic experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (AHA only); must be in hand at submittal 4. License: WI RN and compact RN license required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night shifts - (2) 12 and (2) 8 hour shifts for 40 hours; 7:00pm-7:30am, 7p-3:30a; Monday through Friday with every other weekend and some holidays required; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: No more than 2 weeks off in a contract; if request is more than 1 week consecutive, Vaya will add 1 week at end of contract; weekend rotations and some holidays required 9.
