- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years required; must have completed 2 years of ACUTE CARE experience within the last 3 years; Academic Level I or II trauma center or similar size hospital experience required 2. Cases: MS/Tele experience required; Telemetry oncology, cardiac and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience preferred; vent and transplant experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS - AHA required; WI RN or compact RN license required 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night, 12 hour shift, 7:00pm-7:30am; Monday through Friday with every other weekend and some holidays required; Patient ratios 3:1 days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: Generally no more than 2 weeks off in a contract; Manager will review/approve during candidate review process; If request is more than 1 week and consecutive, Vaya will add 1 week at end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals are not accepted; Travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
