Cases: Experience with trauma surgical patients and abdominal transplant population; some transplant experience required (liver, renal, or BMT); solid ortho trauma and wound vac experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS, TNCC required; also EKG Onboarding Exam, Math exam, Med/Pharmacology exam, Progressive Care Competency exam, Progressive Care skills, CORE exams 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; no licensure hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: PACU call policy - 1 hour response time, weekday call 8PM-6AM, weekend shifts 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM, 2-3 call shifts per 6-week schedule; 6 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must know if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10.
