Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Progressive Care/ Neuro SCU
Shift: Variable D/N, 12×3 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- NH License
- 2 years’ experience
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Invasive BP monitoring through arterial lines
- Bi-PAP/ C-PAP
- Trach C-PAP patients on the ventilator (NSCU/ISCU)
- Low dose pressors, vasoactive meds, and inotropes
- Mannitol & 3% (NSCU)
- Trachs
- Complex wounds
- Lines/ tubes/ drains for post surgical patients
- Ventriculostomies, Subdural Drains, Lumbar Drains (NSCU)
- BLS
Other Details:
- 10 Bed Progressive Care. Medical (Neuromuscular disorders, Meningitis), Primary Stroke Center, TBI, Spinal Cord Injury, Surgical (Tumor resections (brain and spine), Spinal surgery, Head and neck cancer), Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) Trials with Lumbar Drains. Must have experience: Arterial lines, Ventriculostomies, Subdural Drains, Lumbar Drains
