- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months required 2. Cases: Cardiac and Medical PCU - True ICU Stepdown - Heart caths, BiPap, cardiac and vasoactive drips 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; NIH preferred 4. License: In-state license must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications submitted 5. Education: University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduation 6. EMR: Cerner; no specific charting required for
