- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have full year of in-specialty experience within past 12 months with no employment gap greater than 90 days in past year 2. Cases: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, ER Holding, Neuro Stepdown, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Holiday shifts and charge RN assignments as needed; 8 weekend shifts in 6-week schedule period; no on-call required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days 9. Returning Staff: 18-month tenure policy with 3-month break in service required 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; 75-mile radius rule applies 11. Background: Diluted or positive drug screens result in cancellation and 6-month waiting period 12.
