- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have full year of in-specialty experience within past 12 months with no gap in employment greater than 90 days in past year 2. Cases: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, ER Holding, Neuro Stepdown, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Both Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; 3 hours pre-start Epic modules required 7. Shifts/Call: Holiday shifts and charge RN assignments as needed; no on-call required 8. RTO: 7 day maximum 9. Returning Staff: 18 months tenure policy with 3-month break in service required 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius considered local; locals not accepted 11. Background: Drug screen failures result in 6-month waiting period before re-applying 12.
