- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of previous PCU/Stepdown experience required 2. Cases: 3 South Stepdown unit 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH required; copies required to submit 4. License: KY or compact license required; active compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required; must accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12) 8. RTO: Up to 7 days considered; must be presented up front with no changes; must work either major or minor of every holiday 9. Returning Staff: After working one year, must take minimum 6 month break before eligible to return 10. Travel/Local: Must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered 11.
