- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers OK 2. Cases: Cardiac Telemetry experience required; PCU experience required; Primary diagnoses include Stroke Backup, Renal Disorders, Sepsis with Lactic Acid less than or equal to 4 mmol/L and normotensive, Endocrine Disorders, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Hematological Disorders 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education Verification through a 3rd party required; Facility will not accept any education from schools listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience REQUIRED 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Nights, 7p-730a; Weekend rotation; Holiday rotation; No Call 8. RTO: RTO is due at time of submission. RTO after submission will not be accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles local radius; No Locals accepted; Submission MUST include current DL to confirm address for local rule 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on the background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; hours are unit based and will vary 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
