- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years required 2. Cases: Must have 1:5 ratio experience in Step Down or PCU (ICU experience does not count); patient population includes COPD, CHF, Pneumonia, Flu, Sepsis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Post Covid 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment before starting 4. License: Any state RN license accepted; can apply for temp license on offer (takes 5-10 days); compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Must be available every other weekend/holiday; traveler will be first to float; 36 or 48 hours 8. RTO: Request with initial submittal only; no RTO added after offer; manager's discretion; maximum 14 days allowed; must be on front page of application 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for nursing; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 18-24 average hours, up to 24 hours billable; completed during orientation and up to 8 hours annually; self-reported to manager 13. Travel Experience: Preferred 14.
