Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years required; must show 1:5 ratio experience in SD or PCU in work history; ICU experience does not count towards SD/PCU experience; vent experience required 2. Cases: Neuroscience intermediate care including CVA, TIA, seizures, brain tumors, complex spinal surgeries, neuro disease processes 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH required; IV Start preferred; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment before starting 4. License: Any state RN license accepted; can apply for temp license on offer (takes 5-10 days); compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday; 48-hour contract with OT paid after 48 hours 8. RTO: Request with initial submittal; no RTO added after offer; maximum 14 days allowed; approval at manager's discretion 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for nursing; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 18-24 average hours during orientation, up to 24 hours billable; up to 8 hours annually; self-reported to manager 13. Travel Experience: Travel experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue Scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
