- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; cardiac experience required; must show 1:5 ratio experience in SD or PCU (ICU experience does not count) 2. Cases: Cardiac procedures like cardiac catheterizations, ablations, pacers, ICDs; various drips including Cardizem, Cardene, dobutamine, dopamine, heparin, nitro, insulin 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; must be able to read and interpret strips; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment before starting 4. License: Any state RN license accepted; can apply for temp license on offer (takes 5-10 days); compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48 hours accepted; must work every other weekend/holiday; traveler will be first to float 8. RTO: Request with initial submittal only; no RTO added after offer; no more than 14 days allowed; manager's discretion 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for nursing; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Up to 24 hours billable; 18-24 average hours; completed during orientation and up to 8 hours annually; self-reported to manager 13. Premier Health reserves right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract and cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice.
