Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years required; some level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred 2. Cases: Cardiac experience required; must have CABG and valve post-op experience; 1:5 ratio experience in SD or PCU required in work history 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, IV start, NIH, cardiac drip titration required; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment 4. License: Any state RN license accepted; can apply for temp license on offer (5-10 days); compact license accepted; no past license actions accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Must work every other weekend/holiday; targeted patient ratios 1:4-6; all 48-hour contracts with OT billed at 48 hours 8. RTO: Request with initial submittal only; no RTO added after offer; maximum 14 days allowed; must be on front page of application 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for nursing; locals not accepted; travel experience preferred 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Up to 24 hours billable; 18-24 average hours during orientation plus up to 8 hours annually; self-reported to manager 13. Travel Experience: Preferred 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue Scrubs 15.
